A Fit-for-Duty Assessment is an assessment designed to determine the psychological status and capacity for duty of an employee about whom there is concern, and where there may be the risk of liability. Formal testing, personnel file review, clinical team interviews conducted by senior level mental health and police, fire, corrections, transit and port security professionals provide a source of data which is comprehensive, precise and impartial.
